Amber
The name as well as the label are created by artist Rik Vermeersch, nephew of Luc. The first bio-beer of the brewery is light blond/amber coloured with a 6.5 vol % and a nice white foam. The nose is malty with fruity touches that evolve after a while into light bitter.

ARTWORK
Rik Vermeersch (°1949) is a drawing artist, painter and sculptor. He studied at the Higher Institute for Visual Arts, Sint-Lucas in Ghent.
During the period when this painting was created, the female was his main theme. As realistic painter and drawing artist, his works are always stripped from as much ‘subjectivity’ as possible.
Meanwhile the theme of the females was extended to human figures in various appearances; he now also paints landscapes and stills.
