Aperitif with cuvée Mam'Zelle

Prepared with:

CUVÉE MAM’ZELLE

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml white rum
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 5 ml Mandarine Napoleon
  • 5 ml Apricot Brandy
  • 5 ml elderflower (Roomer)
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 1 Dash of Angostura bitters (or a bitter orange drink such as Campari)
  • 30 ml Cuvée Mam’Zelle

Preparation:

Shake the rum with the lime juice. Add the Mandarine Napoleon, the Apricot Brandy, the Romer and the sugar syrup together with ice to a shaker and pour into a chilled glass. Add a dash of Angostura bitter and top up with the beer.
